Echoes of Balance was born from a journey of deep healing and spiritual remembrance. Founded by Crystal Olson, this sacred space emerged after years of personal transformation through trauma, grief, heartbreak, and awakening.

With each breath and each beat of the drum, Crystal answered the call to create something meaningful—a sanctuary where others could return home to themselves through breathwork, sound, ceremony, and sacred connection.
